Returning to Work, Conforming with State and Federal Requirements, and Limiting Risk/Liability
To coin a phrase from Johnson Control’s Jason Ouellette in an article I recently read, “temperature sensing is a hot topic” right now. Why? You should also identify what the local state and federal requirements are for your type of organization. For example, long-term care facilities have strict requirements on incoming visitors and are under extreme scruitenty because of the high risk of their patients. The plan should then identify how you intend to address each of the risks.

- Have high-risk situations sign waivers.

- Screening questions. “Have you been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?”, “Have you had any flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days?”
