Note: Users with on-premise hosting will need the Savance Workplace On-Prem Installer
Browser Interface
Accessible from anywhere, Savance Web provides full portal access to the in out board, visitor management, mustering, administration, patient tracking, and the calendar.
Cloud-Based Customers
From any web browser, go to: cloud.savanceworkplace.com
On-Prem Customers
From any web browser, navigate to: https://YourServerNameOrIP
(Configured during the On-Prem Installer IIS prompts)
Mobile Interface
Accessible from anywhere, the Savance Workplace mobile interface is optimized for mobile devices for the in out board and for viewing visitors and staff in real-time.
Cloud-Based Customers
From a mobile device (will automatically redirect):

iPhone App
The Savance Workplace iPhone app provides iOS access for in/out board functionality, geofencing, and for viewing visitors and staff in real-time.
Android App
The Savance Workplace Android app provides Android access for in/out board functionality, geofencing, and for viewing visitors and staff in real-time.
Mustering Interface
Savance Mustering interface is the Emergency Mustering endpoint software installable on a Windows tablet or similar device.
Kiosk App
The Savance Workplace Kiosk is used for staff sign-in, visitor self check-in, status board, health screening, and as a meeting room display.
New Outlook/Teams Add-In
Access Savance Workplace directly from New Outlook, Outlook Web, and Microsoft Teams, including the Electronic In Out Board, reports, and other workplace tools. The companion Visitor Management add-in allows users to pre-register visitors and contractors while scheduling meetings in Outlook.

Classic Outlook Add-In
Access the Savance Electronic In Out Board directly from Classic Outlook with an integrated, movable status board for viewing team availability and keeping employee status up to date.
Compatible with Classic Outlook 2010 and 2016.
Punch App
The Savance Workplace Punch application is used to check in staff or visitors using only a device and no interactive screen.
Application Interface*
The installable Windows app is used for full portal access to the in/out board, visitor management, mustering, administration, patient tracking, resource tracking, status alerts, and the calendar.
*Note: While we have no intention of sunsetting the app interface at this time, all new features will be developed exclusively for our browser-based platform as it becomes more widely adopted. You can continue using the app without interruption, though it will not receive further updates.
