Savance’s Student Choice Board brings modern efficiency and safety to youth program management by transforming traditional card-slot boards into a fully digital, interactive experience. Using large touchscreen displays students can easily select their activity areas such as Clubs, Café, STEM, Gym, Drama, Art, Outside, or Preteen. Each area is color-coded and managed with capacity rules to ensure rooms are never overcrowded. This digital approach streamlines student movement and provides real-time visibility for staff and parents alike.
For parents and staff, the Parent View Board offers instant insight into where every child is located. With clear, color-coded tiles and searchable listings, guardians can quickly confirm their child’s whereabouts, while staff can monitor overall program capacity and activity distribution at a glance. This visibility improves communication, reduces confusion at pickup, and enhances safety by ensuring every student is accounted for throughout the day.
