Activation Issues With Kiosk (WMI Issues)

Due to way licensing works for our Kiosk applications there are very rare instances where activation may not work. This will occur if there is an issue with the WMI within windows.

We utilize two WMI providers for our activation that may need to be rebuilt.

You will want to rebuild these two providers:

cimwin32

Wmipcima

 

If you continue to have issues after rebuilding these providers, please contact support.
