The manual upgrade script will fail when running the Workplace manual SQL upgrade script from Azure Data Studio. Azure Data Studio is not support at this time. Please run the manual upgrade script from SQL Management Studio (SSMS) or SQLCMD to see the desired results.
If you need to run the manual upgrade script from Azure Data Studio, please modify the end of line (EOL) characters to match the expected EOL characters. This should resolve the issue.
