Bookmarked Self Check-In/Pre-Registration Link Not Working

If you are bookmarking your site’s Self Check-In/Pre-Registration, then you must make sure you don’t bookmark “https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com/VMSuite/SelfCheckIn/#/” as this link is generic redirection link. Instead you should bookmark your site’s unique link. An example link: https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com/qr/chkn.aspx?qrid=f22349d1-54ef-4ca5-abba-898457a38192

Below is a guide on how to change your bookmark via Google or Firefox

Google Chrome

1. Top right click on the three dots to open your browser settings
2. Click ‘Bookmarks and lists’ then ‘Bookmark Manger’
   
3. Find your Self check in bookmark then click the three dots on the right side then ‘Edit’
   
4. Replace the URL with your site’s unique check in link then hit ‘Save’
   

Now your bookmark should always trigger the correct sign in process!

Firefox

1.  Top right click on the three lines to open your browser settings.
2.  Click “Bookmarks” then “Manage Bookmarks” at the bottom
   
3. In your Bookmark Library, find your Self Check in book mark
   
4. Replace the URL with your site’s unique check in link
   

Now your bookmark should always trigger the correct sign in process!

3. Click ‘Edit’
