Can I disable the chat feature for my organization?

Yes, the chat option can be disabled for a whole organization via the Administrator Organization Settings. Simply follow these instructions:

1. Open the Administrator by clicking on ‘Administrator’.
2. Go to the Company Settings tab.
3. Click ‘Edit’.
   
4. Be sure to check Application Chat Disabled.
   
5. Lastly, click ‘Save’.
