Yes, you can switch from an Savance Cloud-Hosted account to a Customer On-Premises-Hosted account. You would purchase the On-Premises-Hosted Server License and would be credited for the number of month remaining on your Savance Cloud-Hosted support contract, if applicable.
There are two options for moving your users to your new On-Premises-Hosted account, we can export the users for you and you can put them into a fresh database. If you would like us to export users for Database transfer for you, there is a fee associated with this. You can export users for free via the reporting tool
