The Exchange Sync feature is only available in the Customer-Hosted version and not Exchange 365 (Cloud). This is because it is built into the Workplace Server program which runs on your Workplace server. As an Savance-Hosted customer, you do not have access to this program.
You can still integrate with Exchange through the Workplace Application Interface or Workplace Outlook Interface by using the Outlook Sync feature.
