If you are a cloud customer of the EIOBoard, you should see options when you sign in to recover your lost password. You will be asked to verify your Last Name and Email address associated with the account. Please note that the Email Address is case-sensitive. If the system does not recognize your email address, you may ask a coworker to verify this information from the Contact Details page associated with your user account.
