The error “Execute with results failed for database _______” is caused when the SQL credentials are for a user with too low of permissions to perform needed tasks. The Workplace installer runs an upgrade script on the master database referencing the SolutionSavant database.
To resolve the error, first gather the connection information from the web.config file located in the path “C:\Program Files (x86)\Savance\Workplace Server\EIOBoard”
You will then be able to increase the permissions on the SQL server for this user so that they can execute the DB upgrade script. The user will need admin access to the Master DB in order to properly upgrade
