GoToAssist – Setting Up Unattended Support

When it comes to getting the assistance you need, we understand the importance of a direct and hassle-free connection. That’s where GoToAssist Unattended Access steps in – a tool designed to make your interaction with Savance smoother than ever before. Whether it’s a hiccup with our Savance Workplace software or device, this guide will walk you through the process of setting up GoToAssist Unattended Access, ensuring we can help you swiftly and effectively.

To set this up, you can get in contact with a Savance Support Technician that would be able to do this for you or you can follow the steps below.

  1. Download our unattended access installer: v4g2a_rs_installer_ebdeployments.exe
  2. Once downloaded, it might prompt you for access
  3. After saying yes, the download file should delete itself and you will now have a application named GoToAssist Customer
  4. If you get in contact with our support team for help, please provide them with the computer name (which can be found in about settings)

For On-Demand Support Sessions

During an on-demand support session with one our technical support members, you might be asked to follow this guide to give technical support remote access to your device.

  1. Please navigate to fastsupport.gotoassist.com
  2. Enter your name
  3. Enter the 9-digit support key (provided by technical support)
