How do you make the EIOBoard Web Version start-up on boot?

Windows Boot

You may also want to have each user click the “Remember Me: check box the next time they log in. If it is checked, then EIOBoard will automatically log in and start in the standard view.

  1. Create a new shortcut for http://www.EIOBoard.com in the start-up folder by right clicking on your start menu and choosing explore.
  2. Next, click on Programs then double click on Startup when it appears.
  3. Right click on the right panel and click New – Shortcut. For the location enter http://www.eioboard.com,
  4. Click Next.
  5. On the next screen, type in EIOBoard Web for the shortcut name
  6. Click Finish.

MAC Startup

Here’s how to make the EIOBoard web page start up on a Mac. You may also want to have each user click the Remember Me check box the next time they log in. If it is checked, then EIOBoard will automatically log in and start in the standard view.

For OS9
Drag an Alias for IE or whatever browser into System Folder -> Startup Folder, then set the startup homepage of the browser to:
EIOBoard-Hosted:  http://www.eioboard.com/EIOBoard
Customer-Hosted:  http://YourServerNameOrIP

For OSX
Go to Apple Menu -> System Prefs -> Accounts -> Startup Items and add IE or whatever browser… set the startup homepage to:
EIOBoard-Hosted:  http://www.eioboard.com/EIOBoard
Customer-Hosted:  http://YourServerNameOrIP
