How to Credential A User/Visitor via the Browser Interface
- Login to your Savance Workplace Browser Interface
- Select the user you wish to add a credential/badge to and right click them
- Note this only works for integrated badges like PDK, Galaxy, etc
- Select Credential & Label then Assign/Activate Credential
- Enter the Badge number into Credential ID then select the integration and group you wish to give this user
- Note that ‘Group’ is typically Card Permissions or Door Access Group
- Select the Date/Time the badge is valid for or ‘No Expiration Date’ if this badge is permanent
- Click ‘Go’ and your done!
