How to Customize Visitor Pre-Registration Page

Customize the Visitor Pre-Registration page with a custom title, banner image and background color.

1. 1. Go to the Contactless Visitor Registration page in Savance Workplace.

   2. Create a new page by clicking the green plus sign or choose an existing page to edit by clicking the gray pen.

   3. Scroll down to the Title Message, Banner Image and Banner Background Color options.

   4. Enter a custom Title Message to be displayed at the top of the Visitor Registration Page.

   5. Select an Image Library from the Banner Image drop-down menu, then click your preferred image.

   6. Use the color picker to select a Banner Background Color.

      • Click the Color Format selector to switch between HEX, RGB, or HSL.

   7. Click Update to save your changes.
