Everything in brackets like [First Name] represent fields within the Savance Workplace System. You can use the right side legends to review what fields are at your disposal, or use your home screen status board to see what columns you wish to use. If a visitor answers a question during the sign in process, it can be used to email them as confirmation or remind the visitor

The <small> and <br> are HTML Elements which add formatting to your emails. <br> is break line which causes everything after to be on a new line under it. <small> simply makes the font size smaller. Users who are familiar with HTML can customize their messages to be format in their desired preferences

Welcome [First Name] [Last Name],<br>Upon arrival, please enter the front doors located at the main building then scan this QR Code at the front desk:<br>[QRCode]<br><small>Having trouble viewing the image? Click here: [QRLink]</small>

Your [Visiting] will be notified on your arrival

In this example, we added a logo in the form of a png to give the email some branding. We added directions for visitors on where to go within the premises to get to the front desk. We added the visitors ‘HereToSee’ or selected Staff contact, which is the ‘Visiting’ field, to assure the visitor would be picked up after scanning their QR code
