- Open EIOBoard Server Administrator on your EIOBoard Server
- Go to the SQL Tasks tab.
- Double-click on the “Backup Database” task or click it and press ‘Edit’
- Note the “@BackupName” variable, the value of this will be the file name. Note the “@BackupLocation” variable, the value of this will be the location on the database server (typically the same PC for a default install) where the file exists.
- If there’s no file at the backup location, you can click ‘Process Now’ to attempt to run the task and see if it errors for a specific reason(usually file permissions or a drive being full), or change the @BackupLocation variable to change where the backup is saved.
