3xLogic End of End User Support
Please note due to a change in 3xLogic’s support agreement:
“Please note that End User support is ending October 1st, 2022. We have made this decision, because we feel in order to provide the best possible experience, your dealer or installer should always be your first point of contact for any trouble issues or questions regarding your infinias system. If you are unsure of who your dealer or installer is, we are happy to assist in getting you that information or having our sales team reach out with the names of dealers or installers in your area.”
that all end users will have to go through their dealer or installer to service their Infinias integration.
We at Savance would be happy to troubleshoot or assist with the Integration itself, and assist with any configuration questions to the best of our abilities, but if you require on-site or technical support with your Infinias system itself you will have to go through your official dealer.
How to find your Infinias Dealer
If you do not know your dealer information, you can find it on your Infinias servers Web page.
- First, log in and go to ‘Configuration’
- From there, you can go to ‘Settings’
- And your Dealer Information should be listed with the licensing:
