Savance now support Face ID using Timmy Scanners! v11 is required to use the Face ID feature. You must enable the kiosk setting located under ‘Options’ to use Face ID
Scanner User Setup Instructions:
1. Swipe right to left then press the gear wheel (Seen in the left picture)
2. Press User Mgt
3. Press Add users to add someone’s face to the Timmy Scanner
- To edit a user simply press User View (See below for example screen)
4. Enter the User Id found in Savance Workplace into the Scanner ID. Then enter the user’s name. Dept is completely optional and doesn’t effect our kiosk system
5. Scan the users face. Wait for the scanner to accept then you are done!
