Sometimes an error or update may make it necessary to clear the cookies and cache on https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com to get rid of old data. You can do so without wiping your cookies for any other site you visit by following the instructions before:
Firefox
1. Go to the web address for your Workplace installation(https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com if Cloud-hosted or ServerNameOrIP if on-premise)
2. On Firefox, just click the lock on the left side of the address bar, and choose the “Clear cookies and site data…” option
3. Click ‘Remove’ to clear the browser cache for the Savance Workplace Website

Chromium Browsers(Chrome and Edge)
1. Go to the web address for your Workplace installation(https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com if Cloud-hosted or ServerNameOrIP if on-premise)
2. On any Chromium Browser(this includes Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge), first click the lock on the left side of the address bar then ‘Cookies and Site Data’
3. Click ‘Manage On-Device Site Data’
4. Click on the Delete symbol to clear the browser cache for the Savance Workplace Website
