How to Run a Passport Scanner and Driver License (CR5400) Scanner at the Same Time on the Browser Interface

Due to Thale’s Drivers limitation, you can not use the AT10K or QS2000 at the same time as the CR5400. You must switch between the devices via the hardware agent and browser inteface

1. Stop current service on your Hardware Agent
   
2. Start the desired device’s service
   
3. Go to your browser visitor sign in page at https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com/VisitorSignIn.aspx
4. Change your connected integration from the previous device to the new device
