How to Set Up Mobile Self Check-In On An iPad

First create a Self Check-In Link from within the Savance Workplace Browser Interface.To do so, please read the following guide:

On the iPad, go to the App Store and install the app “Redirect Web”.
Open the “Redirect Web” application, and follow the instructions for how to enable the extension in the Safari browser.
In the “Redirect Web” iPad app, Click “New Rule”.
Give it any title you want. We’d recommend “Self Check-In”.
For the “REDIRECT FROM” field:
Input: “https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com/VMSuite/SelfCheckIn/#confirm-check-in

For the “REDIRECT TO” field:
Insert your self check-in link that you generated in step 1 of this guide.
Click Save. Once your rule is created, you should see it in the “My Rules” tab of the Redirect Web app.
Done! Now you can open the self check-in link in the Safari browser, and when a guest checks-in, the confirmation page should loop back to the sign-in screen so that your iPad is ready for your next guest.
