HTTP Error 403.1 – Forbidden Login Fix Via IIS Script Settings

To resolve HTTP Error 403.1 – Forbidden errors for On-Premises Workplace logins, please use the following steps

1. Open your IIS Manager on your Savance Workplace Server
   • 
2. Select EIOBoard (or Default Web Site then EIOBoard)
3. Open the Handler Mappings
4. Click ‘Edit Features Permissions’
   • 
5. Check the ‘Script’ and ‘Execute’ boxes then click Ok
6. Repeat Step 3 through 5, but for the API, VMSuite, and Webservice on the left hand column of the IIS
