Our Badge Printing on the Workplace desktop application is dynamic enough to reference any stored user data in Workplace. The application requires at least one USB port 2.0 (or Bluetooth) and the required Windows Printer Driver, for whatever printer you are using, to allow communication between the Badge Printer and the client computer performing the physical print.
It is highly recommended to use the Windows 11 operating system with the most current updates and newest versions available due to limitations and end of life support for client operating systems like Windows 7/10. As for hardware requirements, if your client is powerful enough to run a Windows 10 operating system, it is powerful enough to run any of the Workplace client applications. To be more specific, here are some suggested minimum requirements and recommendations:
