The latest release requires at least Windows 10 OS.
Theses are the Pre-requisites the computer will need to be able to download:
- C++ Redistributable 2015-2022 (https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe)
- .NET Framework 4.7.2 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=863265)
The installer will automatically download any prerequisites and install them if you are connected to the Internet (which may require a reboot). If you are not connected to the Internet, you must install the prerequisites first to allow the installer to continue.
Certain Versions of Outlook will also require:

All interfaces communicate through the Workplace Website, so the client must be able to access the website through an internet or intranet connection.
It is highly recommended to use the Windows 11 operating system with the most current updates and newest versions available due to limitations and end of life support for client operating systems like Windows 10/7. As for hardware requirements, if your client is powerful enough to run a Windows 10 operating system, it is powerful enough to run the whole collection of Workplace client Applications. To be more specific, here are some suggested minimum requirements and recommendations:
