Mobile App: Manage User Access to the Status Board

Overview

Savance Workplace administrators can control a user’s access to the Status Board in the Mobile App. There are three available options: Enable, Disable, and Hidden.

Enable: Status Board buttons are visible on both the Home Screen and the bottom navigation bar. Users can tap these buttons to access the Status Board.

Disable: Status Board buttons remain visible on the Home Screen and the bottom navigation bar, but they are grayed out and cannot be selected.

Hidden: Status Board buttons are not displayed on the Home Screen or the bottom navigation bar.

How to Edit the Mobile App Status Board

1. Log in to https://cloud.savanceworkplace.com using an administrator account.
2. Click Admin in the toolbar.
3. Select Company User Settings.
4. Navigate to Mobile > Options.
5. Select the desired option from the Company Setting dropdown menu.
6. Click Save & Deploy to apply the changes.
