If your users appear disabled in the Savance Active Directory Template, then you might need to provide ‘Read All User Information’ to the Active Directory account in the AD Sync Settings. This account can be found under Management then Settings
This permission can be granted via the ‘Delegation of Control Wizard’ on your Active Directory System. Once the permission is given, simply close the Savance Server console and reopen it
