How to submit an RMA/Repair order
- Go to https://idscan.net/returns-repairs/
- Scroll down to the second form titled “IDScan.net Repairs”
- Fill out the form’s fields & hit submit
IDScan will reach out to you directly to coordinate the RMA order. Please note that Thales devices are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty. You can still submit the RMA form if the device is older than 1 year, however there would be a charge associated. This charge will be quoted by IDScan
