The Timesheet button is available for checking status history. If the button is missing for users, here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Check the More menu to see if Timesheets is hidden in there.
- Go to the Toolbar tab in the EIOBoard Settings menu. Ensure that “Show Timesheets button” is checked.
- As an administrator, go to Company User Settings. Make sure “Hide Status History (Except Admin or Current User)” and “Hide Status History For All Non-Admins” are both unchecked.
