Timesheet Button Missing?

The Timesheet button is available for checking status history. If the button is missing for users, here are some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check the More menu to see if Timesheets is hidden in there.
  2. Go to the Toolbar tab in the EIOBoard Settings menu. Ensure that “Show Timesheets button” is checked.
  3. As an administrator, go to Company User Settings. Make sure “Hide Status History (Except Admin or Current User)” and “Hide Status History For All Non-Admins” are both unchecked.
