Savance Workplace Punch, Kiosk, and Mustering Application supports Windows 11 OS. However not all PCs can support Windows 11. Any kiosks purchased from Savance before 2024 will not support Windows 11 due to the Operating System’s requirements. If you purchased your own kiosks or one from Savance after 2024, you can use Microsoft’s PC Health Check to see if your device qualifies
While Windows 10 Retail is not being supported anymore after 2025, most kiosks use 2016 LTSB or 2019 LTSC. To find out what version of Windows your kiosk uses, please see our guide How to check what Windows 10 version your kiosk uses
Savance Support can help with post updated Kiosks and restoring their settings, however we can not perform the upgrade ourselves. It is recommended to do these upgrades with someone physically with the device. Before doing any upgrades, we recommend backing up important kiosk files like registries, background photos, and printer label files (if applicable). Please also ensure you have your Install/Activation key in case you are prompted for one
