EIOBoard is capable of sending emails in the form of Text Messages, Notes sent via email, Help Desk requests, and Forgot Password requests. At this time, only Customer-Hosted users can view or resend Text Messages or Note emails.
To access previously send Text Messages or Note emails, you will need to open up the EIOBoard Server program on your EIOBoard server. Under the “Emailing” tab, click the “Processed” tab. Set your search parameters at the bottom of the window, then click the “Refresh” button. In the messages returned, you can send the email again by right clicking the message and clicking “Restart”. You can also right click an email to view the message or the status message, which can be useful in debugging issues with sending emails.
