What are some EIOBoard difference using Outlook 2003 vs. Outlook 2007?

With older versions of Outlook (such as 2003, XP, 2000) you cannot integrate as tightly and we have to open the Status View in a new window.

With Outlook 2003 you cannot:

  • Display the Status View inside of Outlook
  • Manage the EIOBoard Future Status right on the Appointment screen

Everything else should be about the same, other than the toolbar looks a little nicer in Outlook 2007.  Changing status on login/logoff, idle detection, auto/manual Future Status sync, chat, etc. can all be done regardless of the Outlook version.
