What to Gather and Provide to Savance for iOS or Android App Issues

Savance is working on incorporating Firebase Crashlytics into our mobile apps to automatically assist with troubleshooting. In the meantime, these are the things we request to help troubleshoot an issue

1. App platform (iOS/Android), version and instance information

2. Details of the crash

3. Steps to reproduce the reported bug/crash (if possible)

4. Screen recording/GIF of the reported bug/crash (if possible)

Once Firebase Crashlytics is implemented, Crashlytics will automatically capture most of the details above so we simply need the date/time and timezone when the issue occured, and any screenshots if applicable. Bugs will still need to be reported with all the information requested above.
