Why Can’t I See All Users on my Kiosk View?

If you are viewing your EIOBoard kiosk and some users are not appearing in the view this is more likely caused by there being a filter applied to the view. The filter options are available when you edit the specific kiosk view and removing them is rather easy.

1. Log into the EIOBoard Kiosk as an admin.

2. Click the “Views” Tab

3. Select the view that is experiencing issues and click “Edit

4. Click the “Filtering” tab.

From here you can check, then un-check the top box to clear the filter.

If the “Filter Groups” box also has options checked perform the same action to clear those filters.

5. Save your changes and exit admin mode.

Upon returning to that view all users should now be visible.
