Deliver alerts through SMS text, email, and pop-up messages – or use all three simultaneously. By allowing multiple options and channels, organizations are able to reach employees in the fastest possible time.
Pre-Set Alert Messages
Save valuable time with Quick Pick Messages, which let you pre-record messages for use during emergencies or everyday events. In an emergency, every second counts.
Common alerts like “Evacuate now!” or “Are you okay?” allow for maximum efficiency in letting everyone in your facility know of danger immediately. Quick Pick Messages are also ideal for non-emergency announcements, such as “The meeting starts in 5 minutes”.
SMS Communication
Utilize SMS communication to confirm that employees and visitors are safe and accounted for. For example, a mass text could ask employees if they are still on the premises. “If not, reply with O for Out. If you need help, respond with details”. If someone is in danger, they can also choose to respond with their GPS location, giving emergency personnel the information they need to respond and locate them quickly.
On-Site Targeting & Interactive Replies
Send mass notifications only to people currently in the facility, based on live presence data from your Savance system. If someone is no longer on site, they can reply to update their status and remove themselves from dashboards or muster tablets.
