Next Steps

Kick-off Meeting

Hardware Orders

If you ordered hardware, you will be asked to confirm your shipping address. Shipping information and tracking updates will be sent via our ticketing system.

Mustering Interface

Savance Mustering interface is the Emergency Mustering endpoint software installable on a Windows tablet or similar device.

Import & Manage Staff/Users

If active directory sync or access control user sync was not used during the server installation, we will need a list of all employees to be added to the system. Alternative options are excel or manual add.

Hardware Setup

When you receive your mustering tablet(s), they will be pre-set up by our technicians. For that reason, in most cases there won’t be anything for you to do prior to testing. Please continue to the Software Setup section.

Software Setup

To get started with the software setup process, review the getting started guides linked here, as applicable. Any and all additional help guides, hardware/accessory guides, and hosting information can be found in our Documentation Portal and/or the Savance Workplace Knowledge Base.

Final Steps

Muster Station Testing, Finalization & Cloning

Once the above items are completed, the Savance team will test your muster station setup and walk through everything with you for final approval. Once approved, any remaining stations will be cloned with the customizations, and tested before closing out the project.

→ Note: At this point, if your order includes Access Control Integration, please review the Integration Getting Started Guide.
