Labels & Badges Most Common Selections

Labels & Badges Most Common Selections

Our guide to Visitor Label & Badge Printing Options offers more in depth information on various label and badge types; however, we often get the question what options are the most common, and that’s what this brief guide will explore.

Option 1:
Adhesive Wearable Label (Most Common)

How does it work?

The Adhesive Wearable Label option usually means we print an adhesive label like the one shown here, and the visitor simply wears it on their clothes.

Challenges

The only challenge with an adhesive wearable label is that certain types of clothing material, such as silk, don’t allow the adhesive to adhere nicely and the name tag may easily fall off.

Option 2:
Non-Adhesive Label with Clear Name Tag Holder

How does it work?

With this option, the non-adhesive label is put in a clear name tag holder and carried in a lanyard around the visitor’s neck, or used with a badge strap clip attached to the visitor’s clothing.

Extend use for access control

This option provides the ability to slide a generic visitor badge behind it for people who need physical access and may not always have an escort.

Option 3:
Adhesive Label with a Customized, Reusable Name Tag Holder

How does it work?

The third most common visitor label option we see is an adhesive visitor label attached to a customizable, custom-branded, and reusable name tag holder that is custom-branded to each organization.
