Multiple Check-In Options
- Self check-in kiosks give visitors or contractors the ability to sign in on site without an employee present.
- Touchless check-in, a QR code and mobile-based option, lets visitors fill out required information using their own mobile device
Automatic Arrival Notifications
Once a visitor has been signed in, their host will be automatically notified via a text message, an email, or a popup message on their computer.
Control Access
By leveraging alerts and door control through a relay module or your existing access control system, you can have a completely automated lobby or reception area, fully unattended.
Pre-Registration & Check-In
Pre-Registration allows hosts to register visitors ahead of time. Visitors and contractors can fill out information from their mobile device or computer before they arrive. Check-in options include answering questions, watching videos, viewing and agreeing to documents before arrival. Visitors will receive a mobile barcode for quick and easy sign-in once on site.
Easily Configured and Customizable
